"Ridgy Didge" as a vehicle for quality social interaction has been around in various manifestations since 1982. It started as The World's First Ridgy Didge Gourmet Club...which morphed into the annual Ridgy Didge Ball.

 

Ridgy Didge Adventures is an evolving entity that has been folded into Busi-Psych to continue to bring like-minded folks together to 'do all sorts of stuff'. That 'stuff' includes activities On Foot, On Wheels, On Water, and On Self!

In 2021, Ridgy Didgers adventured to Sweers Island in the Gulf via the Savannah Way, trecked through the Queensland outback right through to Birdsville including two nights staying in shearers quarters on historical sheep properties, supported Women's Big Bash Cricket games in Mackay, and caught sunsets and mudcrabs in The Burdekin!

In 2022, we drove across our vast ancient land to Broome. Yes, 10,000 plus kilometres...including the legendary Gibb River Road. It was more of a pilgrimage than an adventure.

In 2023 we tackled Sun Set Peak in Hong Kong and discovered several  Gorgeous Gorges in Queensland. Hell Hole Gorge was a highlight!

In 2024 in August we are going to be making nuisances of ourselves at the annual Muttaburra Races, guests of the region's pioneering Ahern Family.
